To reset your password, we need to confirm your identity.
First enter your username and date of birth.
Next you will be prompted to answer two security questions. The answers you enter must match the answers you previously provided.
Then you will be prompted to enter a new password, and then re-enter it to confirm it was entered correctly. (Valid passwords are 8 to 32 characters and must contain at least one letter and one number)
Once your password has been successfully reset, you will be presented with a confirmation screen. Click Continue to be directed to the sign-in page.
